Adapted specifically for iPhone and iPod touch, Spelltris is a unique twist on the classic word puzzle genre. In Spelltris the goal is to create words from letters scrambled in a 3×3 or larger board and once you use up letters, more will fall into the empty places.

The highly addictive Spelltris App comes with two fun game modes and each will test your spelling skills in a different way. The Story game mode will have you spelling your way through 25 different levels. The Quick Play game mode gives you the power to customize your own game for every spelling challenge. Spelltris leverages the devices’ innovative Multi-Touch user interface allowing players to easily tap the device to drop blocks and swipe letters into place. Players can also shake the device to scramble the tiles for a fresh look at the board.

There is also a free version available that will provide a limited number of levels.
