Magnetron is a space shooter game which is unique in its own way. Normally, you will expect a space shooter to have its own fire power. However, this game teach you that you have to find your own ammunition in the lonely space.

In the game, there are small purple asteroids floating around you. You have to stick them like a magnet onto your space craft and use them against those big meteor asteroids around you.  The fun part of this game is that you can collect back those asteroids you shoot out and reclaim them to reuse.

When you shoot out the small asteroids, the big meteors will deflect away from your craft if they are hit. If you are hit, there is a small siren sounds and your yellow health bar will drop drastically.

You can destroy the big meteors into smaller asteroids and re-use them in your firepower. Once a while, you are able to get to use the bomb in the later levels other than level 1. There is no weapon store in the game menu. You have to keep playing to the next level in order to access weapon upgrades using your points or money to purchase.

As for game controls wise, the space craft moves by tilting your iPhone left, right, up and down. You only need to touch the fire button to shoot. This relives the gamer of lesser controls to use during the gameplay and makes the game easier to play. Attract, shoot and reclaim back your missiles Trons to engage in this addictive asteroids warfare game!
