Austin, Texas – January 9, 2012 – Pangea Software, creators of the best-selling iOS games Enigmo, Cro-Mag Rally, and Nanosaur 2 announces the release of their latest game, “Nucleus”.

Nucleus is an action packed arcade game where you pilot a spaceship to collect electrons and build atomic nuclei.  You must avoid a variety of space debris from green interstellar blobs to giant frozen ice crystals and black holes, all while collecting powerups which give you heat seeking ammo, lasers, shields, supernova bombs, etc.  Nucleus is one of the most intense arcade style games you can find for iOS, and it runs on any iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad running iOS 4.3 or later.

“Pangea is commonly known for our adventure and puzzle games like Enigmo and Nanosaur,” says Brian Greenstone, President of Pangea Software, “But we’ve had a lot of success with our other acade game Warheads, so we wanted to bring the arcade action genre to a whole new level with Nucleus.”

Like most of Pangea’s other games, Nucleus is natively AirPlay compatible, so you can play the game wirelessly on your living room TV set in full high-definition.  The game is also Game Center compatible, so players can compete for high scores against other Nucleus players around the world.

Pangea is offering Nucleus on the App Store at an introductory price of just 99 cents!  The game’s regular price will be $1.99.
